Syeda Nabeelah Shaukath — Co-Founder & Director of Operations

Nabeelah leads the company’s operational strategy and day-to-day execution. With experience in operations, client coordination, risk analysis, and business development, she ensures seamless workflow planning, federal and local bidding, compliance management, and subcontractor coordination. Her focus on efficiency, organization, and client relationships enhances Insight’s ability to deliver projects on time and with excellence.
